Sensitive to the need of ensuring conditions of fairness and transparency in the conduct of our activities, to protect our position and image on the market, we felt, with effect from may the 26th 2010 to adopt the system of Administrative Responsibility - Leg. 231/01 This Decree introduced for the first time in Italian law, the responsibility of the company (Legal person) for certain offenses committed in the interest or benefit of itself, by persons who are representatives, administrators or managers or organization units with financial and functional autonomy. This responsibility is in addition with the already provided one , to the person who committed the act.
