2010-09-01 By replacing the three obsolete traffic controllers along the XXV Aprile boulevard in Erba (CO), the three junctions have been centralized and will be now managed in a coordinated and dynamic way. This will allow a batter movement of the traffic and will prevent, as it used to happen, a junction to block back the previous one stopping the whole network. In order to limit the speed, during the night the three junction will work as a red wave. At the same time, all the pedestrian crossings have been updated, by installing acoustic signals and pushbuttons for people with sight problems.
